Elise Chauvin
After studying music and philosophy, Élise Chauvin joined the Opéra Studio of the Lyon Opera. Performing in Verdi's La Traviata, Massenet's Werther, Franceschini's Alice, Massenet's Cendrillon and Mozart's Così fan tutte, she also performed solo in Philippe Hurel's Espèces d'espaces, Diana Soh's Arboretum: of Myths and Trees and Black Bird, and Yann Robin's Le Papillon noir, Arthur Nauzyciel and Yannick Haenel's Le Balcon. With Le Balcon, she participated in numerous concerts and operas: Strauss's Ariadne auf Naxos, Eötvös's Le Balcon, Levinas's La Métamorphose and Lavandier's Le Premier Meurtre. This season will be marked by Carmen Case by Diana Soh and Alexandra Lacroix at the Limoges Opera, Traviata, You Deserve a Better Future on tour, as well as the creation of Horace by Alexandros Markeas and Pierre Senges at the Massy Opera.
