Mathieu Adam
Trombonist
Having discovered the trombone at a young age, Mathieu Adam studied at the ENM in Colmar, won First Prize at the Aulnoye-Aymeries Competition (2001) and entered the Paris Conservatoire in 2003, in Gilles Millière's class. He obtained the Higher Education Diploma in 2007, as well as the Chamber Music Prize and a master's degree in 2010. A member of Le Balcon since 2010, he participates in the majority of the ensemble's projects, in addition to his concerts with the CU2+ brass ensemble. In 2019, he joined the Republican Guard Symphony Orchestra.
